Access to sessionsLive online reading support is delivered via scheduled sessions using Zoom. Session links are provided after booking.Sessions are intended for individual learners only and must not be recorded, shared, or redistributed.Use of materialsSessions primarily use Cherry On The Cake Phonics resources, alongside occasional third-party online tools or games used for engagement. These tools are selected to support learning and are not owned or controlled by Miss V Brighter Days.Payments & cancellationsPayments are made in advance via Stripe.Cancellation or rescheduling terms are outlined at the point of booking via TidyCal. Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded, except where required by law.Intellectual propertyCore materials and lesson content remain the intellectual property of Miss V Brighter Days, the owner of Cherry On The Cake Phonics.
Participation in live sessions does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, distribute, or reuse materials.AvailabilityWhile every effort is made to deliver sessions as scheduled, sessions may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to illness or technical issues.
